A SURVEY for community mental health services has been launched by a Lancashire health trust.

Eight hundred and fifty people are set to be involved in Lancashire Care’s annual review, on behalf of the Care Quality Commission.

Their feedback will be used to plan future services and improve care quality, according to the trust.

Dee Roach, the trust’s executive director of nursing and quality, said: “We hope that the people who use our services will take the time to help us with this survey.

“Their views are vital in helping us to find out how we are doing and how we can improve. This is an excellent way for people to help shape the services we provide in the future.”

People are being asked to complete a questionnaire before June, with the results being shared in November.

Those who have received a copy of the survey, and have questions, are being urged to contact Dawn Kenyon 01772 695366 or e-mail involvement@lancashirecare.nhs.uk
