A notification letter from the council read: “The grounds for review are that the licensing objectives relating to the prevention of public nuisance and crime and disorder have not been promoted.”
People have until Tuesday, January 31, to make any representation to the council.
This can be done in writing to the licensing section at Scaitcliffe House in Ormerod Street.
A hearing will then be scheduled for February.
