FIREFIGHTERS dealt with a roof blaze at a house after solar panels burst into flames.
Two fire crews attended an address on Scar End Close, Bacup at 12.28pm on Sunday after reports that the roof of the property was ablaze.

A fire service spokesman, said: "Two fire engines from Bacup and an aerial ladder platform from Hyndburn attended a fire on Scar End Close.
"The fire at the house involved the solar panels and invertor in the roof space of the property.
"Four firefighters wearing breathing apparatus sets, an aerial ladder platform, a ventilation unit and ladders were used to put on the fire."
No one was reported to be injured in the fire and the cause is under investigation by specialist officers.
