Funding boost for new Coppull boxing gym

A boxing gym run by former world welterweight champion Michael Jennings has received funding to help train youngsters.
Lancashire Young People’s Service has given £3,000 to Jennings Community Boxing, in Coppull Mill.
The cash is to enable the group to promote the new gym to young people by buying training equipment, team kits and for the new youth committee to buy a laptop and printer to allow them to administer the gym.
