The next meeting of Chorley Branch Lancashire Family History and Heraldry Society takes place on Tuesday, March 16 at 7.30pm in Chorley Library.
It is the branch AGM, followed by Bill Taylor as speaker with the topic A Chase in the South Pacific.
Anyone who enjoys family history and who would be interested in joining the society is welcome.
