£3m investment in baby unit begins

Building work to boost life saving neonatal care began this week.
Royal Preston Hospital will create an additional 13 neonatal intensive care, high dependency and special care cots as part of a £3 million investment programme.
The number of cots at the hospital will rise to 34 upon completion of building work.
