A CHORLEY man died after a fatal crash in Nottingham.
Mark Downham, was taken to hospital after the crash on the southbound carriageway near junction 27 of the M1 on March 24 at 5.40am.
The 48-year-old died from his injuries on March 26.
His family has asked for privacy at this difficult time.
A man has been charged in connection with the incident.
Adrian Radu, 27, of Alfreton Road, Nottingham, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, driving while over the prescribed limit, failing to stop after a collision and driving without insurance.
He has been remanded in custody to appear before Nottingham Crown Court on 24 April 2018.
