Dragons reject Chorley inventor's mat

First published in Chorley

AN inventor from Chorley has had her revoluntionary mouse mat rejected in the television show Dragons’ Den.

Chorley businesswoman Nuala Lewis, 31, pitched her Slouch Mat to the multi-millionaire entrepeneurs on the hit show.

But they ruthlessly rejected her invention, with interior designer Kelly Hoppen even branding it 'ugly'.

However Nuala is hoping deals secured with Argos and Staples will serve as a springboard to exporting to Europe and the USA.
