A primary school has been given new equipment to enable it to run cookery classes.

Chorley Community Housing has funded equipment at St James School, Devonport Way, Chorley. The equipment has been used in weekly courses for pupils and parents alike.

Parents have learned skills to cook fresh, healthy meals at home for under £5 and the kids have learned how to prepare foods, such as healthier pizzas, fruit salads and cakes.
