Adlington estate set to bloom with new flower displays

The snows of winter have barely disappeared but flowers will soon be blooming in Harrison Road, Adlington.
Wooden planters donated by the council have been planted up with spring bulbs and will be maintained by local residents with help from Adlington and District in Bloom.
The planters have been placed on land owned by Chorley Community Housing.
Nancy Price, a resident from one of the bungalows, braved the cold weather to supervise the planting.
