Fire crews called to injured horse
3:20pm Friday 11th December 2009 in
Firefighters were called to help a horse which was injured while travelling in a vehicle on the M61, close to junction nine near Clayton Brook, at around 7pm on Thursday.
The crews helped release a metal bar which had trapped the animal, which was not badly hurt.
