Body found on land in Adlington

Police are investigating after the body of a man was found in Adlington.
The alert was raised at around 10am today by a dog walker on the recreation ground close to Highfield Road North.
A police spokesman said that the death was being treated as 'unexplained' and that a team of officers were at the scene.
