Chorley Council has welcomed a new business advisor Paul Heyworth to Chorley Council.
Paul Heyworth will offer help, support and advice to people wanting to set up their own business.
Council-appointed advisor Paul has 30 years’ experience and can advise on topics such as tax, national insurance and VAT, marketing, structuring the business, funding and practicalities of setting up and running a business.
