Three people were arrested on suspicion of theft after police were called to a Chorley town centre shop.
Police in an unmarked car pursued the suspects’ car to Blackburn after reports that bags of items had been taken from the Bodycare store in Market Walk.
Two women, aged 20 and 33 and a 23-year-old man, all from the Blackburn area were arrested on suspicion of theft.
They have been granted police bail until October 7.
