Against the odds, crusty folk act The Levellers have stood the test of time, still with the original line-up and a fiercely loyal fan base. They're back on the road and coming to Preston on March 25.
The six-strong collective, led by singer Mark Chadwick, also have their eighth studio album Truth And Lies in the can, which features singles Last Man Alive and Make You Happy, the latter giving the band their 14th top 40 hit.
The Brighton-based band have a busy touring schedule lined up - a 12-date UK tour in December will be followed by visits to places like Croatia, Turkey, Belgium and Denmark.
But they will still have time for a return to Blighty to squeeze in a trip to 53 Degrees on March 25.
The Levellers play 53 Degrees in Preston on Friday, March 25. £16.
