TRACING your family roots can be a very fascinating and surprising task.
Mr Bill Lomax, of Edmonton, Alberta, in Canada, is trying to trace his family history but needs a helping hand.
Mr Lomax is searching for information on his grandfather William Lomax who was born in Bury in 1900 and died in 1970.
From the information Mr Lomax has, his grandfather had three brothers who all died in the First World War and has one sister. His wife's name was Edith nee Herbert, who was born in Manchester in 1905.
