HELLO once again and here we go, into the last month of the 20th century. It's a time when we can't help but wonder who'll make history by being in the number one slot on December 31.

Don't forget to check me out on Radio City's North West Top 40 every Saturday morning from 10am, as the story unfolds. Maybe glory will go to one of the following new releases in the Starbeat Record Review.

It's About Time You Were Mine - Thunderbugs. Another 'top drawer' single from the girls who brought us 'Friends Forever'. They're great fun too, I introduced them at Radio City's Party at the Pier in August. Watch out for them heavily promoting this on big telly shows as well.

Right Now - Atomic Kitten An awesome first release from Radio City's adopted group of girls. In fact, this crazy bunch were hanging out with us all day Monday, as we celebrated the launch of the single. The record company are expecting huge success for them and I'm backing that prediction 100 per cent.

Radio - The Corrs The first track to be released from their recent 'MTV Unplugged' session. It's a sure-fire hit, but I'm sure the group will be hoping for a number one, if only to dedicate it to their beloved mum, who sadly died last week.
