THE boss of a chain store selling Power Ranger toy figures at two-and-a-half times the normal price rejected claims that he was exploiting the public.
Demand was so great that parents were prepared to pay almost anything to get their hands on them.
Just Wot U Need stores, with branches in Blackburn and Burnley, were selling them at £24.99 instead of the usual £9.99.
