BEFORE Mr Blair approved the rejection of "Royal", "Crown" and "HM" from the Prison Service, the Ulster Constabulary, the Prosecution Service, and the Stationery Office, I wonder if he had the courtesy and courage to approach the Queen.
Before further insidious moves to a monocratic republic, will he have the courtesy and courage to hold a referendum to discover what the British people want?
