National Childminding week was celebrated at Duke Street Children's Centre with a party for furry friends.
Childminders and their children were invited to bring along their teddys for a teddy bears' picnic. Those Attending released balloons in a balloon race, the one which travels the furthest will win a prize.
The event was organised by Rebecca Harris the Childminder Network Co-ordinator from Highfield Childrens Centre, and Emma Gifford, the Out of School and Childminder Development Worker.
