Young people from Astley Village who attended a 12 week long project held at the community centre have presented residents living in nearby sheltered accommodation with a bench and flower boxes.
To mark the hand over Alison Hoyle manager of the Places For People owned Ravensthorpe held a barbeque for residents and the volunteers.
The project was organised by local councillor, Mark Perks, who secured funding from the youth service and artists from The Arts Partnership ran the twelve week programme at Astley Village Community Centre on a Friday evening.
The project has been so successful that another one has just started over at the Coach House education centre in Astley Park.
