Woman taken to hospital after Clayton-le-Woods house blaze

A woman was taken to hospital in the early hours of this morning after a house fire in Clayon-le-Woods.
Three fire crews from Bamber Bridge fire station attended the blaze at Higher Meadow at around 3.45am.
The crews battled to control the fire and used breathing apparatus to gain entry to the house.
One woman was taken to hospital suffering from the effects of smoke inhalation.
