Two people were treated for smoke inhalation following a house fire in Great Harwood.
Two fire engines from Hyndburn attended the scene on Milton Close at around 7pm yesterday, Sunday (October 15).
Crews were in attendance for more than an hour and used one hose reel, a fan, and breathing apparatus to dampen the flames.
A fire service spokesperson said: “Two fire engines from Hyndburn attended a domestic property fire on Milton Close, Great Harwood.
“Firefighters used one hose reel, one positive pressure ventilation fan, and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire.
“Two people received treatment for smoke inhalation.
“Crews were in attendance for one hour and 15 minutes.”
