Two women received adult cautions after causing criminal damage to a house door on Pennine Road, Chorley.
Chorley Police said PCSOs discovered and detained the two "drunk" offenders, aged 18 and 20, after a complaint at 4pm on March 20.
A spokesperson said: "They knocked on a door and asked to speak to the occupant who refused and shut the door. They then punched panels of glass on the front door causing them to smash. They made off and were detained in the vicinity and arrested."
