A MAN has denied allegations of sexually assaulting a woman and two other offences.
Haider Farooq appeared before Burnley Crown Court via video link and denied one count of sexual assault of a woman which took place in August this year.
Farooq, 21, also denied falsely imprisoning a woman and assaulting a woman.
Farooq pleaded guilty to damaging a television and assaulting a man, as well as two counts of breaching a restraining order in August this year.
Farooq, of Hill Street in Brierfield, spoke only to confirm his name, age and nationality and enter his guilty and not guilty pleas.
A trial will now take place on Monday, January 28 at Burnley Crown Court.
Farooq will be remanded in custody until the opening of the trial.
The trial is expected to last five days.
