POLICE are trying to find these men after an aggravated burglary in Brindle.

At around 10:20pm on 5th June, an address on Sandy Lane was broken into.

A woman in her 70s and another in her 20s were tied up by the offenders who used threats of violence and were armed with a chisel and a hammer.

They left the address with a number of items, including money, jewellery, mobile phones and a vehicle.

It is believed they left the address in the stolen vehicle – a white Peugeot 208.

They travelled along Hill House Lane in the direction of Gregson Lane.

The property, including the vehicle, remains outstanding.
