Man charged with robbery
A MAN has been charged with robbery following an incident in Brandlesholme.
Sydney Williams, of no fixed abode, appeared before magistrates last week charged with the offence.
The charge is in connection with an incident in Lepp Crescent, on Wednesday, March 22 and Williams has now appeared in court.
He appeared before Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on Friday, March 24.
Williams, aged 45, has been remanded in custody and will appear before Minshull Street Crown Court next month.
