CRAFT makers, food vendors and buskers are being sought to take part in a family-friendly park event in May.
Burnley's Thompson Park Family Fun Day, organised by the Friends of Thompson Park, the Miniature Railway Society and Burnley Council, will take place on Sunday, May 28.
The park’s boating lake, paddling pool and miniature railway will be open and there will be live music from the Accrington Pipe Band.
The event will also host an exhibition of proposals for the restoration of the park following the successful bid from the Heritage Lottery Fund.
Organisers are keen to hear from experienced stallholders.
Michelle Wolfenden, chairman of the Friends of Thompson Park, said: “We’d love to hear from anyone who can sell bespoke goods or just want to promote their charity, so please get in touch.” Places are available to book from £10.
