FIRE crews attended a blaze in a bedroom at a house Blackburn.
Neighbour spotted smoke coming from an attic bedroom of a home on Burlington Street and raised the alarm at around 9.50pm on Monday.

A fire service spokesman, said: "On arrival crews were greeted with acrid smoke issuing from a second floor window.
"Two firefighters entered the property wearing breathing apparatus and used a hose to extinguish the fire.
"Fans were used to clear the smoke from the house and investigations are ongoing into the cause.
"A bed, bedding and carpet were destroyed by fire and the upstairs was heavily smoke damaged."
There were no reported injuries during the incident.
