A HOMELESS man has been jailed after repeatedly breaching an injunction.
Michael Wright, 48, received a 28 day sentence after breaching a court injunction for the third time forbidding him from entering part of Chorley.
Wright, of no fixed abode, had been banned from an area of Northgate Drive, Chorley after Chorley Community Housing (CCH) obtained an injunction against him in May 2013 following allegations that he was racially abusive and that he shouted at and had argued and fought with his on-off partner.
Wright breached the order in July 2013 and again in October 2013, after which he was given a 28 day prison suspended sentence.
