Top comedian Dave Spikey is hosting a night of fun, laughs and entertainment for the Mayor’s Charity Gala, all in aid of raising money for Derian House Children’s Hospice and The Alzheimer’s Society.

Taking place on Friday 28 March, the show will star Spikey, best known for his portrayal of “compere beyond compare” Jerry St Clair in Phoenix Nights.

There will also be an array of well-known entertainers including BBC Radio Lancashire’s extremely funny Steve Royle, all-round funny man Ted Robbins and performances from 50s rock band Doug Perkins and the Spectators, the uniquely talented Fran Smith and folk and country singer, Jon Brindley.
