A nuisance tenant has been evicted from her home in Coppull due to her anti-social behaviour.

Kristina Stableford, 19, of Spinners Close, Coppull, caused disruption and annoyance to other residents by playing excessively loud music, being aggressive to her neighbours and allowing her visitors to engage in nuisance behaviour and cause disruption to her neighbours.

New Progress Housing Association had previously taken out an anti-social behaviour injunction against Miss Stableford and her partner Anthony Webb after receiving complaints from residents and calls to the local police.

A possession order was granted by Preston County Court to prior to the eviction.

Bernie Keenan, executive director of housing, for Progress Housing Group, said: “We will continue to work closely with the Chorley Neighbourhood Policing Team whilst we strive to make this area of Coppull a safer place to live.

"After giving Mrs Stableford numerous attempts to change her unacceptable behaviour we undertook the eviction process as a last resort, which was undertaken with the full support of residents of Spinners Close.”
