Trading Standards in Lancashire issue warning over 'illicit' meat

Trading Standards officers in Lancashire are warning that people who buy meat on the black market could be risking their health.

Meat may have been poached, handled unhygienically and could be contaminated by veterinary drugs.

Trading Standards and police have launched Operation Firecrest, a campaign to tackle rural crime such as poaching.
