Yellow posters are appearing all over Euxton!

The Public Inquiry into Tarmac's Quarry Application starts at 10am on Tuesday 22nd April at Shaw Hill Golf Club.

Members of the public can attend any sitting - if they can't make it during the day, there is an evening sitting on the 30th April at Washington Hall Fire Training Centre.

This is the one chance we ahve to stop this plan that would blight our village for the next 25 years. The landscape will be changed forever, 120 HGV's will block our roads everyday, & dust & pollutants will harm our health.

Make your views known and show your support for ERASE and Euxton Parish Council - say NO to the Quarry.

Nimby's, the lot of them. I drive through this area almost every day seeing these posters. They are displayed on old and new properties, made with what? Stuff that comes out of the ground! But of course as long as it affects someone else they dont care. You nimby's all live in houses made from the earths materials, dug from a quarry some where. Get a grip the lot of you.
