  I think everyone will agree that parking at Chorley Hospital is a nightmare but I wonder why no one parks on Euxton Lane, particularly the westbound side. As far as I can see there is absolutely no
  reason why motorists cannot park at the kerb edge anywhere between the point where the double yellow lines end (just west of the hospital entrance) and the clearway signs which are sited just after
  the lay by. It's questionable, but it could be argued that in parking on the Eastbound carriageway you could be causing an unnecessary obstruction of the "advisory" cycle lane.
