Kindness of strangers

I would like to sincerely thank the kind person(s) at Chorley's Tesco store who found and handed in my aunt's bank card on Monday, December 22.

Their honesty and diligence was very much appreciated.

I would also like to thank the staff at Tesco for their assistance and co-operation in returning the card to my aunt. Once again thank you to all involved.

It saved a great deal of additional worry.

This is an inspiring story. It shows that there are still honest, kind people out there and if we were to all follow their example,

'imagine the world we would create!
Each of us treating strangers
as our other half,
where nothing was too much
for the well-being of another
and selfishness was forgotten,
a thing of the past.'
(from 'Family and More - Enemies or Friends?')

Thank you for sharing.
