I wish to congratulate Lyndsay Hoyle, MP for Chorley, on this perceptive and well put question to the Minister on a local matter for which this MP has shown local concerns over apparent cost overruns regarding the forthcoming Buckshaw station.
For £4 million to become £6 million does show a large margin of error, one would have thought. Same figure that is/was trapped in the Chorley Borough Council Icesave Bank account.
