Returning after a sell-out show last year, the comedy stars of stage, screen and YouTube come to Chorley on April 10 with songs, sketches, socks and violence.
The show includes topics as diverse as Michael Jackson and swine flu.
Like a hosiery version of Morecambe and Wise, the mischievous sock is intent on thwarting the other’s intentions to stage a serious performance to wow the TV talent scouts.
The socks have starred in BBC3’s Comedy Shuffle, GMTV, MTV and YouTube, and even appeared on The Culture Show — for four whole seconds.
Now they are bringing the best of their last three sell-out Edinburgh shows, for which they were nominated best show at the Leicester Comedy Awards 2009, plus heaps of brand new stuff, to Chorley.
* Scottish Falsetto Sock Puppet Theatre is at the Little Theatre, Chorley on Saturday, April 10. 7.30pm. £8 (£6 concessions) from Malcolm's Musicland 01257 264362.
