Jessica Chastain made sure her birthday was unforgettable, as she celebrated with ping pong, karaoke and Tom Hiddleston.

The Zero Dark Thirty actress, who turned 37 on March 24, spent the weekend in Toronto with her close friends, which included her Crimson Peak co-star Tom.

"There was a delicious dinner at Brassaii, ping pong matches, crazy dancing and karaoke," she revealed on Facebook.

"The past few years has been so wonderful and full of work that I sometimes feel like I live on a film set. It was great to spend time with my nearest and dearest. It's a reminder of what's important in life."

Jessica shared photos of her birthday bash on her Facebook page, which includes snaps of her blowing out candles on a chocolate cake, singing karaoke and playing ping pong.

The Oscar-nominated actress, who next stars in Christopher Nolan's Interstellar and the big-screen adaptation of Miss Julie with Colin Farrell, has finished shooting crime drama A Most Violent Year.

"Working with talent like JC Chandor and Oscar Isaac are the reason I love my job. I'm a very lucky girl," she said.
