If you go and see Kanye West live in 2016 you’ll no doubt be expecting a monologue to come from his mouth at some point, and as Ye kicked off his Saint Pablo tour in Indianapolis he didn’t fail to deliver.

Kanye took time between performing songs from The Life Of Pablo, as well as fan favourites like All Day and Can’t Tell Me Nothing, to offer his apology to Nike CEO Mark Parker.

“I’d like to thank you Mark Parker of Nike. For giving a kid from Chicago a chance. I apologise like a man for anything I ever did to you or your family,” Kanye said, according to Hypebeast.

TLOP song Facts features strong lines about Nike following his failed collaboration with them: “Nike, Nike treat employees just like slaves / Gave LeBron a billi’ not to run away!”

But following the huge success of the Yeezys, released with adidas, and an extended deal announce earlier this year, it seems Kanye is in a forgiving mood.

Ye also sent a shout out to adidas Entertainment Marketing Director Jon Wexler, saying: “Thanks Jon Wexler for putting your job on the line for me.”
