This week I welcomed visitors from Chorley's Lifestyle Centre for the over 50s.

As part of the many and varied activities provided by the Lifestyle Centre in Gillibrand Street a three-day trip to London was organised which included a visit to the Houses of Parliament.

I enjoyed showing the visitors from Chorley around Parliament and particularly welcomed the question and answer session we held after the tour.

I hope that the group enjoyed their visit and thanks have to go to Keith Warren who not only organised this trip but who works tirelessly all year to provide a range of activities and courses for those who attend the Lifestyle Centre in Chorley.
