ANNIE HODGKINSON The family of the late Annie Hodgkinson wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the flowers, cards of condolence and donations in memory of Annie. Special thanks to all staff at Sherwood Care Home, Doctors Royle and Halstead and all at Great Harwood Health Centre. Special thanks to the paramedics and Denise Sheriff for her kind ministrations. Thanks also to E.T. Birtwistle Funeral Service and the Dog and Otter for the buffet.
