PETER (PETE) SPENCER Christine and family would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbors for their kind expressions of sympathy, mass offerings and cards of condolence received at this very sad time. We would like to say a huge thank you for the very generous donations received, in memory of Pete, for the East Lancashire Head and Neck Clinic and Marie Curie Cancer Care, Thanks also to Fr. Jude and Fr. Fred for their kind words and ministrations, and to Esther and staff at Blackburn Rugby Union Football Club for the excellent reception. Sincere thanks goes to all medical and nursing staff in the Head and Neck Clinic and Ward B14 at the Royal Blackburn Hospital, to Dr. Phillips and staff at Brownhill Surgery, and to the district nurses. Finally, a very special thank you to Mary and Steph, for the excellent care and support you gave to both Pete and myself over the past few months, this was invaluable and a great source of comfort to us both.
