JOHN ROBERT SAGAR F.R.I.C.S Linda, David, Andrea, Robert, Grant, Erika, Emma, Theo, Scarlet, Austin, Willow and Michael Greenwood would like to thank the following; Rev. Roland Nicholson, the doctors, consultants and nursing staff at the Royal Blackburn Hospital, Burnley General Hospital, Chorley, Manchester Royal Infirmary, Royal Preston Hospital, Clitheroe Hospital, Whalley Medical Centre, paramedics and Air Ambulance for their dedication and for going above and beyond their duties to ensure John got all the medical support he ever needed and, for the messages and support sent to the family. Thank you for all the support received from near and far and, with a special thank you to Dr Solomon, Dr Tai, Dr Asgar, Dr Mark Brady and the Renal Home Care Team and too many others to mention by name.
