HUGH THOMAS KELLY Doreen, and the family of the late Hugh Thomas Kelly wish to express their sincere gratitude to all staff at Witton Medical Centre (especially Dr Ahmed), all the West District Nurse team and the COPD nurses. A special thanks to Harry, Nicola and Mandy at Blackburn Funeral Services for their attentiveness and empathy which helped greatly during such a distressing time and Fr Ged Barry for a beautiful service. Finally, thank you to Liz and staff at the Mill Hill Hotel and everyone who made donations to Derian House and who came to pay their respects to a wonderful gentleman who will be sorely missed but fondly remembered.
