DOROTHY SMITH The family of the late Dorothy Smith would like to thank all the staff and nurses of Ward C7 at the Royal Blackburn Hospital and the carers from Keystage Carers for their particular kindness. The Rev Rick Owen for his kind ministrations and comments about the large number of people that attended the service. Thanks to Barton & Hallworth Funeral Directors, the sum of £400 was raised for Macmillan Nurses and The British Heart Foundation. Thank you for the many dozens of condolence cards which were a great comfort to the family.
