JOHN SMITH Jean and family would like to thank all friends and relatives for all the cards and letters received on losing John and for the donations received for Great Ormond Street Hospital. Special thanks to the paramedics and staff at Royal Blackburn Hospital, to Father Paul for his kind words and the lovely service and to The Alty Funeral Service for their care and assistance with the arrangements at this difficult time.
