VICTORIA JANE (Vicky) HOLDEN The family of the late Vicky Holden wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the cards of condolence, expressions of sympathy and floral tributes received at this sad time. Thanking also the doctors and nurses on Critical Care Unit B at Royal Blackburn Hospital for their care and attention, Ken Howles for his comforting ministrations, Waring McKenna Funerals for their arrangements and a special thanks to Jean, Christine, Susan and Josie.
