NORMAN BERRY Monica would like to express her sincere thanks to everyone for the many expressions of sympathy, letters, cards and mass cards received on the loss of Norman. Thanking also Rev. Anne Hardacre for the lovely service, to everyone who attended and for all donations received in memory of Norman for Derian House Childrens Hospice and Diabetes U.K. Sincere thanks also to Dr. Whyte (retired) and Dr. K. Wlodarczyk and all the Drs, Nurses & Staff of Sabden and Whalley Health Centre for their constant care of Norman, to all the Drs.Nurses and Staff of Critical Care at Royal Blackburn Hospital for their dedicated care, to the Ambulance Service and the lady and two gentlemen who gave such immediate help and response. Thanks also for the long-standing friendship to Norman from Colin and Pat Sagar and Peter and Audrey Greeves, to the committee and members of Low Moor Club and to all members of the Ribblesdale Cricket League for their friendship over so many years finally to Jean, Carl, Pauline and colleagues for their sensitive and dignified funeral arrangements.
