MICHAEL JOHN HOWARTH (Mick) Dorothy, Neil, Wayne and David would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for attending the ‘Celebration of Life’ Service for Mick on 28.11.16, and for all the support and kindness shown at this very difficult and sad time; plus all the numerous cards, letters of condolence, floral arrangements and donations to Alzheimer's Research UK received by the family. Special Thanks to Dot, Norman and Elsie for their continuous support over the past 15 months. Many thanks to Dr Rautray; Cath, Deborah, Kee and other care staff members; Dr Alam, Jackie, Alison from the Mental Health Team; Denise from Social Services; Pete Goulding who conducted the Service; and Hannah and staff from the Co-op Funeralcare, Darwen. “Your memory will be a keepsake which we will never forget and you will be in our hearts forever”
